					<description>I have yet to see the numbers in the study because inhabitat is not linking to it correctly.  I wonder if the study includes ongoing maintenance costs of &quot;green building&quot; and also post-use costs like demo and/re rebuilding/re-purposing the building.

Maybe the study includes it, but I haven't seen it.  There are more then just construction costs that need to be accounted for.</description>
